Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolver and a gas dissolved fluid manufacturing apparatus small-sized in a simple configuration and capable of manufacturing a gas dissolved fluid by efficiently and rapidly dissolving a gas into a liquid.SOLUTION: A gas dissolver comprises an inlet part that introduces a gas liquid mixture fluid, channel parts, and an output part that leads out a gas dissolved fluid. The channel part has a plurality of orifices having through holes arranged in series in many stages in a flow direction of the gas liquid mixture fluid and the gas dissolved fluid, and spacers arranged on close contact with one another between the plurality of orifices to secure channels between the orifices disposed in many stages. The gas dissolver is capable of obtaining a gas dissolved fluid with a gas dissolution concentration in the fluid higher than the gas dissolution concentration upon introduction by arranging ones of the plurality of orifices adjacent via the spacers so that the through holes may have a positional relation free of overlapping with one another in a flow direction. A gas dissolved fluid manufacturing apparatus uses this gas dissolver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
