To provide a gas-dissolving manufacturing apparatus providing high-concentration soda water with high dissolving efficiency, i.e. easily in a short time.
The gas-dissolving manufacturing apparatus 1 has a means 2 supplying carbon dioxide, a means 3 supplying water, the first carbon dioxide dissolving vessel 4 connected to the means 2 and 3 and the second carbon dioxide dissolving vessel 5 connected to the first vessel 4 on the soda water discharging side. The second vessel 5 has the first carbon dioxide dissolving section 21 consisting of a container 22 including a stirring barrier 25 and the second carbon dioxide dissolving section 24 composed of a tubular material 28 wound in the form of a coil. The second carbon dioxide dissolving section 24 consists of an outside passage 27 which is formed by winding the tubular material 28 consisting of a bellows-like flexible tube in the form of a coil and an inside passage 29 which is arranged inside the outside passage 27 and formed by winding the tubular material 28 in the form of a coil. The coil-winding directions of the outside and inside passages 27 and 29, respectively, are opposite.
