Abstract:
To provide technology for greatly reducing the emission of nitrogen oxide and hydrocarbon from a gas engine.
The gas engine comprises a high pressure gas accumulator 2, a blower 8, a distribution header 3 arranged between the high pressure accumulator 2 and the blower 8, and a pressure regulator 4 arranged between the high pressure accumulator 2 and the distribution header 3. The blower 8 has a chamber 7 connected to a combustion chamber 10 via an on-off valve 9, and a gas supply branch pipe 5 extending from the distribution header 3 is opened into the chamber and a control valve 6 is arranged in the gas supply branch pipe 5.
