Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make applicable to quantitatively transfer strong acid and strong alkali liquid, and exhaust a gas inside a reciprocating pump without exhausting the transferred liquid to an outside of the reciprocating pump.
SOLUTION: In this gas exhaust mechanism, the gas mixed or generated in transfer passages 11a, 11b and 11c for transferring the liquid is exhausted. This mechanism comprises a bellows 20 in which an inner space 20a communicates with the transfer passages 11a, 11b and 11c. The gas is capable of being exhausted by pressing an outside of the bellows 20.
