Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suck and remove gas such as inert gas, air, etc., mixed in molten metallic material in a heating cylinder.
SOLUTION: A gas exhausting hole 1b and a gas exhausting groove 1c are arranged in the heating cylinder 1 including a screw 3 and connected with a gas exhaust piping 11 through a valve device 12. The valve device 12 opens the gas exhausting passage 12a of the valve device 12 in the state of seating a float 21 to a stopper on the gas exhausting hole 1b to suck the gas mixed in the molten metallic material in the heating cylinder 1 to the gas exhaust piping 11. When the molten metallic material flows in the valve device 12 from the gas exhausting hole 1b, a float 21 is floated up to close the gas exhausting passage 12a.
