To provide a gas generator capable of setting and controlling each of a temperature, humidity and flow rate independently as individual physical quantity.
The gas generator includes: a container 11 having a built-in heater 10; a dry air generation system 1 supplying dry air to the container 11; a steam generation system 2 supplying steam to the container 11; a thermometer 12, a hygrometer 13 and a flowmeter 14 for measuring the temperature, humidity and flow rate of gas mixed by the container 11, respectively; and a circuit feeding back at least any one of output information from the thermometer 12, output information from the hygrometer 13 and output information from the flowmeter 14 to either of the dry air generation system 1, the steam generation system 2 or the heater 10.
