To prevent troubles such as the shortage of hot water when a heat source is switched, in a hybrid hot water supply system including a plurality of hot water supply units having different heat sources.
A heat pump hot water supply unit 3, a solar hot water supply unit 5 and a gas hot water supply unit 7 include control parts 17, 27, 37 controlling the hot water supply units themselves and recognizing states of the hot water supply units themselves, respectively. The control parts 17, 27, 37 include microcomputers 17a, 27a, 37a and transmission/reception parts 17b, 27b, 37b, respectively, and recognize states of the other hot water supply units by communicating with one another via the transmission/reception parts 17b, 27b, 37b. When the heat pump hot water supply unit 3 is switched to the solar hot water supply unit 5, the control part 17 switches the heat source to the solar hot water supply unit 5 after recognizing that the state of the solar hot water supply unit 5 reaches predetermined heating efficiency. Thus, after the switching is completed, troubles such as the shortage of hot water can be prevented so as to enhance energy efficiency.
