Abstract:
To reduce the size of a gas information acquisition device.SOLUTION: The present gas information acquisition device comprises: a gas suction-discharge device equipped with a micro blower for vibrating a piezoelectric element and drawing in and discharging a gas and a sensor for acquiring information of the gas and arranged at a position closer to the gas discharge side than the micro blower; a tubular member connected to the suction side of the gas suction-discharge device and extending to an area for measuring information of the gas; and a gas suction port attached to an end of the tubular member on the side not connected to the gas suction-discharge device. The tubular member includes a cavity that constitutes part of a passage for the gas, and the gas suction port includes a suction path that communicates with the cavity and a passage direction change unit for bending the direction of the suction path to a direction in which the cavity extends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
