Abstract:
To provide a gas replacing device of an injection molder capable of efficiently replacing gas in a screw cylinder of the injection molder with a simple device and control.SOLUTION: A gas replacing device replaces gas in a screw cylinder 10 in an injection molder that includes a thermally melting section 20 that thermally melts an injection material supplied from feeding means 11, and the screw cylinder 10 including a screw 30 that extrudes the injection material molten in the thermally melting section 20 toward an injection hole 12 at a tip end. The gas replacing device further includes an ejection nozzle 40 that ejects an inert gas, the ejection nozzle 40 ejecting the inert gas on a side of the feeding means 11 relative to the thermally melting section 20 in the screw cylinder 10. A nozzle opening 41 of the ejection nozzle 40 ejects the inert gas to be directed toward the injection hole 12 of the screw cylinder 10. Accordingly, gas can be efficiently replaced in the screw cylinder 10 with a simple device and control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
