Abstract:
To provide a flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding that makes it possible to obtain a weld metal that has excellent weld workability, resists low temperature cracking, and has 550 MPa or more of strength and proper toughness.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding that contains, as an alloy content, C: 0.03-0.160%, Si: 0.40-1.60%, Mn: 2.5-3.5%, P: 0.030% or less, S: 0.030% or less, Cu: 0.05-0.50%, Ti: 0.04-0.30%, and Al: 0.200% or less, and further contains fluoride: more than 0.100% to 0.300% or less, Si oxide : 0.01-0.40%, and Na compound and K compound: 0.060-0.350% in total, with the balance being Fe in the form of at least one of steel skin, iron powder, and iron alloy powder and impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: None
