Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gastrostomy tube, even when an intra-body-cavity stationary portion is buried in a gastric-wall fistula, capable of reducing a burden of the gastric wall and a pain of a patient.SOLUTION: A gastrostomy tube 1 includes: a tube body 11 to be inserted into a gastric fistula; a bumper 12 with flexibility provided at a distal end of the tube body 11 and locked to an inner wall of the stomach; a through-hole 14 including an inlet end 14a and an outlet end 14b that are opened respectively on a back face side of a surface, which faces the inner wall of the stomach, of the bumper 12; and a locking object part 15 that is formed at the inlet end 14a of the through-hole 14 and is locked by a tip 22 of a hard rod-shaped insertion aid 2 that is used when the bumper 12 is inserted into the stomach.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
