Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a management system which was impossible before such as leaving at a bicycle parking lot by facilitating and rationalizing data input, etc., even when cards are issued at one management office, etc., and used facilities are distributed over multiple places nearby or relatively-distant places and actualizing multiple used facilities for one-place management like this.
SOLUTION: A host computer 6 and an IC card writer 7 and a memory card reader writer 8 which are connected thereto constitute a host-side device and a gate 1 which is provided at the entrance exit of facilities and opened and closed with a dedicated IC card 3 and a reader for the dedicated IC card 3 which is provided nearby the gate 1 constitute a facility-side gate device; and a memory card reader writer 4 which is similar to the memory card reader writer 8 is connected to an opening/closure controller for the gate 1 and a memory card 5 is used for input and output between those memory card reader writers 8 and 4.
