Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear train having high engagement transfer efficiency in an initial operation and capable of completing conditioning in a short time.SOLUTION: A gear train 1 includes a pair of gears 2A, 2B engaging with each other. The gear 2A has the vickers hardness larger than that of the gear 2B. A tooth surface of the gear 2A has a projecting mountain height Rpk which is smaller than a projecting mountain height Rpk of a tooth surface of the gear 2B and is 0.1 μm or less. The tooth surface of the gear 2A also has a projecting valley depth Rvk smaller than a projecting valley depth Rvk of the gear 2B.
