The geotherm utilizing installation comprises a plurality of embedded pipes 1 to be embedded in a ground, heat exchange pipes 2 arranged in the embedded pipes 1 for heat exchanging heat medium being circulated, and a horizontal pipe 3 connected to the heat exchange pipes 2 for circulating the heat medium. The embedded pipes 1 are embedded in a ground under a building 11 diverting from a foundation 12 of the building 11, and an embedded pipe 1a out of the embedded pipes 1, located near an outer periphery foundation 12a under the outer periphery of the building 11, is embedded a predetermined size L inside of the outer periphery foundation 12a. The horizontal pipe 3 connected to the heat exchange pipes 2 arranged in the embedded pipes 1 is arranged under the building 11.
