Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance leakage resistance of an underground heat exchanger of a double pipe structure.SOLUTION: An underground heat exchanger of a double pipe structure is constituted by inserting an inner pipe into an outer pipe buried in the ground and flowing heat medium through the outer pipe and the inner pipe. The heat exchanger has the flexible outer pipe of thermoplastic resin arranged in an excavated hole in the ground, a cap member of thermoplastic resin water-tightly sealing a pipe end by being fused and bonded to one pipe end of the outer pipe, a lid member of thermoplastic resin water-tightly sealing the pipe end by being fused and bonded to the other pipe end of the outer pipe, and the flexible inner pipe of thermoplastic resin inserted into the outer pipe. The pipe end of the inner pipe is water-tightly fused and bonded to the lid member with the pipe end inserted into a through-hole forming a flow path of the heat medium bored in the lid member from the inside of the outer pipe.
