To provide cotton used as infilling cotton of bedding and a health mat for recovering fatigue of the whole body, which is processed by spraying a mixture on the cotton together with an acrylic resin binder (a pressure sensitive adhesive material), by mixing up blended ceramics {RSR (a negative ion generating material for far infrared radiation), P bamboo charcoal, and paraffin M-1 (a negative ion generating material)} and germanium dioxide by a proper quantity.
Raw cotton is unraveled by a carding machine. Several sheets are superposed by an automatic feeder. An acrylic binder being the pressure sensitive adhesive material is mixed in solution of mixing up the blended ceramics and the germanium dioxide by a proper quantity with the thickness-adjusted cotton. The solution excellently mixed up again, is injected into and stuck to an A surface in the first place by a high pressure spray. Then, before entering a drier, the solution is again injected into and stuck to a B surface by the high pressure spray. The cotton sticking to the A, B both surfaces is dried for about 8 min at the drier inside temperature of 150°C ± 5°C.
