Abstract:
To provide a glass member excellent in antifouling properties and durability.
The glass member has a coating film formed from a composition containing a polymer compound having at least one hydrolyzable alkoxysilyl group in one molecule thereof. A contact angle of the coating film with an oil droplet in water is ≥160°. The contact angle of the surface of the glass member with the oil droplet in water is ≥150° after the glass member is washed in a dishwasher 500 times. The coating film contains colloidal silica having 50-200 nm average particle size.
