Title:
INORGANIC MATERIAL, DEVICE AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010228957
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an inorganic material used for an organic device having high efficiency and a long life, particularly, to provide an electrode material used for the organic device.

The inorganic material is modified by a compound expressed by a phosphate compound expressed by general formula; T-L-R, wherein, T denotes a charge transport part containing two or more nitrogen atoms; L denotes a bivalent linking group or a single bond; R denotes -PO(OH)2 or -SiX1X2X3; and X1, X2 and X3 denote a leaving group, and the number of -PO(OH)2 or -SiX1X2X3 in one molecule is one.
