Abstract:
To provide a glass panel device capable of preventing droplet infection and dispensing with maintenance work by a worker.SOLUTION: A glass panel device 10 comprises a plate-like glass panel 14 configured to block droplets on a principal surface, and a support unit 12 configured to support an end portion of the glass panel 14. The support unit 12 includes an ultraviolet light irradiation unit causing ultraviolet light to enter from the end face of the glass panel 14 to the inside of the glass panel 14. The glass panel 14 includes a ventilation part 142 comprised of a plurality of through-holes 144, and a rough surface part for diffusing a part of the ultraviolet light entering from the end face to the principal surface side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
