Abstract:
To provide a glass run which generates no collision noise even when a door glass is elevated or lowered and forms no gap between a cover lip and a door panel.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A glass run for automobile has a bottom wall 40 formed to have a space between an inner surface of the bottom wall 40 and an upper end of a door glass 5 when the door glass 5 is moved up. A car outside side wall 20 is provided with a first car outside seal lip 21 and a second car outside seal lip 22, and a car inside side wall 30 is provided with a first car inside seal lip 31 and a second car inside seal lip 32. A car outside hard part 26 and a car inside hard part 36 are provided nearby the center of bending of the car outside side wall 20 and car inside side wall 30. A root part 21a of the first car outside seal lip 21 and a root part 22a of the second car outside seal lip 22 are located across the car outside hard part 26, and a root part 31a of the first car inside seal lip 31 and a root part 32a of the second car inside seal lip 32 are located across the car inside hard part 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
