To provide a glow plug disconnection detection device suitable for the case of supplying power to a glow plug having a plurality of heater lead wires for supply a heater with power, or to the heater via the plurality of heater lead wires connected in parallel with a power supply terminal of heater of the glow plug, and also to provide a glow plug power supply control device provided with such a glow plug disconnection detection function.

A GCU2 consists of: the glow plug power supply control device 40; and a glow plug disconnection wire-breaking detection device 60. The detection device 60 detects whether a heater 21 of a glow plug 20, and respective heater lead wires 23A, 23B and 23C, are disconnected for thr glow plug 20 in the state of supplying power to a heater 21 via the plurality of heater lead wires 23A, 23B and 23C.
