Abstract:
To provide a method for causing and improving immune reaction by contacting a binder reagent with a soluble antigen to be coupled therewith through reagent-antigen pair to cause immune response.
The therapeutic composition comprises a specific binder to the first epitope on antigen in a multiple epitope living body in host serum, wherein the antigen causes no effective host immune response, bonds to the first epitope on the antigen to form binder/antigen pair and, thereby, causes effective host immune response to the second epitope of the antigen.
