To provide a golf support device capable of providing a player with useful information when playing golf.

A golf support device is moved to a cup position on a green, and the cup position is registered in a buffer memory based on a current position. A drawing position of a flag icon I5 coincides with an actual position registered as the cup position. When the point registration is not performed, the flag icon I5 is drawn at the center of a green as shown by a chain double-dashed line. When a user returns to a position for actually hitting a ball after the cup position is registered, a control part draws a distance display region R5 up to the cup position on a remaining distance display region R1 up to the normal green center as shown in the figure, and computes a distance from the current position (a player icon I) to the cup position and displays the distance ("56" in the figure). The user can utilize the golf support device for selecting the kind of a golf club for approach by confirming the distance to a cup.
