This device is provided with an X coil set 23 for impressing a gradient magnetic field changing magnetic field strength along an X axis to an examinee placed in a static magnetic field formed parallelly to a Z axis, and a Y coil set 25 for impressing the gradient magnetic field changing the magnetic field strength along a Y axis to the examinee. A coil pattern is formed on both coil sets 23 and 25 so that their positions on the Z axis minimum in vibration are matched with each other and they are supported by a supporter at the matching position on the Z axis.
