Abstract:
To provide a solvent-based water- and oil-repellent agent composition high in water- and oil-repellent performance, product stability and dilution stability.
This solvent-based water- and oil-repellent agent composition comprises a graft copolymer which has repeating units derived from a vinyl monomer having a perfuloroalkyl group and repeating units derived from a polymerizable cyclic acid anhydride, and an organic solvent.
