This granular bleaching activator contains (A) 50-95 wt.% bleaching activator having such a granule size distribution that the content of granules having sizes higher than 125 μm is 10 wt.% or lower, (B) 5-30 wt.% water-soluble org. binder, and optionally (C) 0.5-20 wt.% 8-19C fatty acid or its salt.
