Abstract:
To provide a process for producing a high-bulk-density granular detergent into which a nonionic surfactant can be compounded stably in a large amt.
In a process for producing a high-bulk-density granular detergent having a bulk density of 0.65 g/cm3 or higher by crushing and granulating spray- dried particles contg. a nonsoapy anionic surfactant, the volatile content of the spray-dried particles is set at 1.5-5 wt.%; and a nonionic surfactant, a fatty acid, and a crystalline silicate powder are added to the spray-dried particles when the particles are crushed and/or granulated.
