Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a technical problem of providing an apparatus for determining appearance grade of granular substances that can alter set grade information.SOLUTION: In an apparatus for determining appearance grade of granular substance having an image pickup unit 3 for picking up images of granular substance to acquire picked-up image data, a control unit 4a that determines the grade of measured grade information on each granular substance according to measured grade information and set grade information that constitutes a preset threshold or calibration curve for determining the grade of each granular substance while obtaining for each grain measured grade information and set grade information that serves as optical information, and a display unit 16 that displays the determination grade of the granular substance determined by the control unit 4a and grain images, the control unit 4a is equipped with a set grade information altering unit 45 that enables the user to alter the set grade information on the basis of the displayed determination grade and grain images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
