Abstract:

To provide new grain milk comprising not liquid one but powdery one, and produced so as to be easy to be dispersed in water.

The granulated grain milk easy to be dispersed in water is obtained by mixing pulverized materials comprising heat-sterilized soybeans (containing dehulled ones), and at least one kind of heat-sterilized grains [rice, ancient rice, cereal (such as millet, barnyard millet or Panicum miliaceum)] together, and adding vehicle (favorably comprising lactose) to the mixture to be formed into granular one. Pulverization of grain milk is achieved through the present invention of the granulated grain milk easy to be dispersed in water.
