Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulated slag manufacturing device improving a yield rate of product slag by collecting the granulated molten slag into a rotating cylinder by flying the molten slag by rotating bodies, and improving the workability in maintenance of the rotating body.
SOLUTION: In this granulated slag manufacturing device 10 comprising the rotating bodies 13, 14 with which the supplied molten slag 11 is collided to be flown, a mist nozzle 16a generating water mist for cooling the granulated molten or incompletely molten slag 15 flown from the rotating bodies 13, 14 and granulated by its surface tension, and the rotating cylinder 16 receiving the granulated slag cooled by the water mist, the rotating bodies 13, 14 can be mounted in the rotating cylinder 16, and the slag 15a dropped on lower parts and rear parts of the rotating bodies 13, 14 is collected by the rotating cylinder 16.
