Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite sheet capable of improving thermal conductivity in c-axis direction.SOLUTION: A graphite sheet (10) having a graphite part (11) made of graphite includes, inside the graphite part (11), one or more ceramic fillers (12) that are approximately spherical fillers made of ceramic having a higher thermal conductivity than the thermal conductivity of the graphite in the c-axis direction. The graphite sheet (10) is capable of improving the thermal conductivity in the c-axis direction.
