To grasp a small deformed object in parallel to and vertically to a basis without applying special process on a chuck surface and using combination of a block and a liner.
In this device, a Roberval mechanism is constituted that a fixed yoke 1, a moving yoke 3, and a yoke 4 on the anvil side are mounted oscillatorily over two columns 8 through pins 7, 10, and 11 and the moving yoke 3 is slidable over the columns 8. A thread shaft 6 is arranged at the fixed yoke 1 as a means to push and pull the moving yoke 3, and V-grooves 13 are respectively formed in the opposite surfaces of the moving yoke 3 and the yoke 4 on the anvil side. Further, a plurality of cuts 14 are formed in the V- groove 13 part in parallel to the column 8, and the V-groove grasping parts 13c of a plate-form object 15 formed by the cuts 14 are fitted in a crossing state in each other.
