PURPOSE: To perform the grating work and dripping concurrently and shorten the working time by providing a filter having long dripping holes beneath a grater bored with many small holes for grating down.

CONSTITUTION: This grater 1 is made of a milky resin molding, for example, and it is formed into a disk shape. Many needle-like projections 9 for grating are protruded at an interval on the surface of the grater 1, and many small holes 10 for grating down are bored through the grater 1 among the needle-like projections 9. Small holes 10 are formed slantly toward the grating direction (tilt direction of needle-like projections 9), and a center hole 11 for grating down larger than the small holes 10 in diameter are bored at the center section of the grater 1. A filter 3 radially formed with multiple dripping holes 2 at the bottom section is removably set in a main body 7 having a handle, and dripping can be made.
