Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the control accuracy by a method wherein an operating means which adds bias data outputted from a ROM to compensation data outputted from a compensating RAM to obtain a bias current command at every address is provided.

CONSTITUTION: Levitation commands Xvir(k) and data DXvi(k) and DXvi(k) are inputted and addresses are obtained and a control compensator 1 is operated. An integrator 2 is operated if necessary. Bias data VB1 are added to error data VC1 by an adder 12 and bias current commands V1 are outputted. In a steady state, the bias data VB1 are stored in the addresses of of a RAM 5 through a low-pass filter 7 and the data are added to the data in the respective addresses of a RAM 6.
