To provide a gravity type downward conveying device with a simple structure capable of directly giving an object to be conveyed to a lower position conveying means for conveying the object to be conveyed in the same direction as an upper position conveying means without requiring artificial energy by using gravity as an energy source.

The gravity type downward conveying device is provided with a drawing member 3a wound on a rotation body 2, downward extending from the rotation body 2 to the lower position conveying means side B and vertically moved accompanying with rotation of the rotation body 2; a baggage receiving base 4 connected to the drawing member 3a and vertically moved with the drawing member 3a; a counter drawing member 3b wound on the rotation body 2, downward extending and vertically moved in an opposite direction to the drawing member 3a accompanying with rotation of the rotation body 2; a counter weight 5 connected to the counter drawing member; and a guide member 16 provided above the rotation body 2 so as to be gradually downward inclined from a paying out part A1 to the baggage receiving base 4 and guiding the object W to be conveyed paid out from the upper position conveying means A to the baggage receiving base 4.
