Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the same grease gathering prevention device as the conventional inexpensive in a facility cost and with oil removing effect, and a grease gathering prevention method.
SOLUTION: This grease gathering prevention device 10 is provided with a first tank 11 receiving from a water receiving opening 14 kitchen drain W1 containing fat and oil drained from the sink 40 of a kitchen, and a second tank 12 communicating with the bottom part of the first tank 11 and making already processed water by gathering to float fat and oil on a water surface in the kitchen drain W1 transmitted from the first tank and removing fat and oil from the kitchen drain W1. The grease gathering prevention device 10 is arranged between the exit opening 41 of the sink 40 of the kitchen and the upper face of the floor concrete of the kitchen.
