Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar pallium tube wherein a seal member of the body section, and he vicinity of the attaching of the seal member can be easily washed, and also, the replacement of the seal member is easy as well.
SOLUTION: On the at-hand side of a thin and long insertion section 3 having a duct 7 which is inserted in a body cavity and guides an optical observation tube and a treating utensil or the like, a body section 15 having an openable flap valve 19 which ensures an airtightness, is formed, and on the body section 15, this trocar pallium tube comprising the body section 15, and a seal member 27 which closely joints to the optical observation tube and the treating utensil being introduced in the duct from the at-hand side, and keeps the air-tightness, and in such a trocar pallium tube, a seal fixing frame 26 which detachably fixes the seal member 27 to the body section 15, is formed, and at the same time, at one section of the seal member 27, a seal ring section 28 which ensures the airtightness by cooperating with the flap valve 19, is formed.
