Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of parts, to prevent the wear of contact parts and to improve operability by assuring the contact between a temperature sensor and the base surface of a broth receiving tray by the effect of gravity.
SOLUTION: The broth receiving tray 3 is installed freely insertably and removably from a front opening to the bottom 2 of a grill housing 1 and the bottom 2 of the grill housing 1 or the bottom of the broth receiving tray 3 is provided with projecting lines 21, 22 and 23 to support the broth receiving tray 3. The thermosensitive surface 40 of the temperature sensor 4 abutting on the under surface of the broth receiving tray 3 is formed on the bottom 2 of the grill housing 1. In such a case, the broth receiving tray 3 is pushed into the grill housing 1 and, in this state, the thermosensitive surface 40 of the temperature sensor 4 is used as a fulcrum to support the weight of the broth receiving tray 3.
