Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-disintegrable fiber sheet having well balanced conflicting wet strength and disintegrating properties by water never obtainable before.
SOLUTION: The water-disintegrable fiber sheet includes water dispersible fiber having ≥20 mm of fiber length and a gelled compound. The fiber sheet is excellent in water-disintegrable property, dry strength and wet strength without including an electrolyte in high concentration that was included in conventional fiber sheet. The sheet is usable in various wiping use and pleasantly usable due to suppressing sticky feeling.
