A roller aligning machine 2 for aligning elastic rollers 30 which are not ground yet and supplied to a roller grinding machine 1 is provided. An input port 13 for inputting the elastic rollers 30 is arranged in the roller aligning machine 2, and in the input port 13, a first guide part 26 for passing one axial end 32 of a shaft and a second guide part 27 for passing the other axial end 33 of the shaft are made linearly oppose to each other, so as to regulate the input posture of the shaft. The elastic roller 30 input to the input port 13 in the input posture of the normal direction is set in axial end holding means 21A, 21B in the normal direction.
