To efficiently supply grinding fluid to a grinding wheel and to reduce supply amount of the grinding fluid and generation of mist.
A grinding device 1a includes a grinding wheel 2 with a disc member 10 and a grinding member 20, and a supply device 3a supplying grinding fluid to the grinding wheel 2. In the disc member 10, a liquid supply hole 15 is formed to pass through one side surface 10A to the other side surface 10B. In the liquid supply hole 15, an inflow port 17 opened on the other side surface 10B is formed on an inner side of the radial direction of the disc member 10 than a discharge port 16 opened at an outer peripheral edge of the one side surface 10A, and a peripheral wall section 11 is formed on an outer side of the radial direction of the disc member 10 than the inflow port 17. The supply device 3a includes a liquid supply flow passage 30 including an injection port 31 facing the other side surface 10B on the inner side of the radial direction of the disc member 10 than the peripheral wall section 11, and a wall section 32 covering a step portion 13 between the peripheral wall section 11 and the other side surface 10B by facing a surface of the peripheral wall section 11 and the other side surface 10B.
