In this case, the mean grain size of the super abrasive grain in the electro-deposited abrasive grain layer 6 is made in 3-30μm, the content of the super abrasive grain at 25-50vol.%, and also a recessed part 8 is formed on the grinding face of the electro-deposited abrasive grain layer 6.
