To provide a grip for carrying baggage, which can be attached to/ detached from a bag made of polyethylene or paper in a condition contracted in the longitudinal direction, prevents a hand from harming in carrying, makes more easily carry baggage, and is contracted in the longitudinal direction for easily carrying when not used.

An opening part (4) is equipped in cylinder parts (1a, 1b, 1c) and a curved part (5) is equipped inside edges of the opening part (4). The opening support point (6) is made by forming a longitudinal notch line in cylinders on the opposite side of the opening part (4). Cylinder parts (1a, 1b, 1c) are piled up in a telescopic form for contracting/extending. A stopper (8) is equipped on the bottom part (9c) of the cylinder part (1c). A cutout part is equipped in the upper face of cylinder part (1a), (1c) respectively.
