To provide grip scissors which eliminate the need for removing cut materials by preventing the dropping or splashing of the cut materials in the case of cutting an objective, are usable as tweezers as they are after the cutting work by adding a tweezers function to the grip scissors, facilitate production and allow the reduction of a production cost.

An upper blade part 3 and a lower blade part 7 are respectively integrally formed at the same side edges of an upper blade supporting part 3 and lower blade supporting part 4 formed at both ends of a scissors body 2 made of a metallic sheet curved to a U shape. The upper blade supporting part 3 and the lower blade supporting part 4 are disposed to face each other so as to assure a holding space 5, by which a holding part is constituted. The upper blade part 3 and the lower blade part 7 are curved approximately perpendicularly to the upper blade supporting part 3 and the lower blade supporting part 4 and toward the holding space 5. An upper blade 8 and a lower blade 9 are respectively formed at the ends of the upper blade part 6 and the lower blade part 7.
