Title:
HAND SHARP-EDGED TOOL AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000061171
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To easily disassemble and classify main bodies and grip parts.

Scissors 29 consist of scissors pieces 11a, 11b which are respectively provided with grip parts 16a, 16b made of synthetic resins and are made openable and closable by means of a screw 28. The grip parts 16a and 16b are integrally molded at the scissors pieces 11a and 11b by an insert molding method. At the time of insert molding, engaging pins 20 as fixing members are fitted into the engaging holes 15a and 15b of the scissors pieces 11a and 11b from insertion holes 19a and 19b formed simultaneously with the grip parts 16a and 16b, by which the grip parts 16 and 16b and the scissors pieces 11a and 11b are securely fixed. The easy disassembly and classification of the grip parts 16a and 16b and the scissors pieces 11a and 11b are made possible by removing the engaging pins 20.
