To miniturize a torch part by refracting a laser beam passed through a lens in a groove cutting device by laser which cuts a groove by radiating a laser beam toward a material to be cut.
A cylindrical body 3 inserted into a housing 5 is constructed so as to be rotatable by a rotating member 6. A lens 4 is located movably in the axial direction on the cylindrical body 3. Groove torches A and B are detachably fixed via a fixing part 7 provided at the lower edge of the cylindrical body 3. The groove torch A is composed of an upper cylindrical body 13 provided with a mirror 11, a mirror 12, and a lower cylindrical body 14 having an inclined part 14b corresponding to a target groove angle, and the distance between the mirror 11 and the mirror 12 is variable. The groove torch A and the groove torch B are located on the same carriage 23, and a mirror 31 and a mirror 32 are located opposing to the groove torch A and the groove torch B, respectively, in an optical path 25. A torch is selected and operated by advancing or retracting one of mirrors 31 to or from the optical path 25.
