To provide a ground anchor anchoring tool which minimizes a projection length from a ground surface and can efficiently unload tension.SOLUTION: An anchoring tool 1 includes: a bearing plate 3 penetrated by a tensional material 2; a first ring nut 5 whose inner surface is provided with a first female screw 51; a second ring nut 6 whose outer surface is provided with a first male screw 61 screwed with the first female screw 51 and inner surface is provided with a second female screw 62; and an anchor head 7 which is engaged with a wedge 71 mounted on an end of the tensional material 2 and whose outer surface is provided with a second male screw 73 screwed with the second female screw 62. The second ring nut 6 moves in a tension direction of the tensional material 2 by rotating the first ring nut 5 in a state of screwed with the first ring nut 5, and the anchor head 7 moves in the tension direction of the tensional material 2 by rotating the second ring nut 6 in a state of screwed with the second ring nut 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
