Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground water heat utilization system capable of obtaining sufficient thermal efficiency by a simple facility.SOLUTION: A spring processing layer 3 is set up between a foundation slab 1 and a lowest floor 2. A ground water collection layer 5 is set up between an underground outer wall 4 and a peripheral ground. Ground water in the peripheral ground is collected through a ground water collecting layer and guided into a spring processing layer. The retaining heat of the ground water is utilized as a heat source of a heat pump 13. The ground water guided into the spring processing layer is collected into a pit 9 to be directly supplied to the heat pump by a pump 11. Alternatively, heat exchange piping is installed in a spring processing layer and/or a ground water collection layer to exchange heat by making heat source water to be supplied flow to the heat pump through the heat exchange piping. Ground water introduction piping 7 is installed between the ground water collection layer and the spring processing layer to make a ground water introduction amount adjustable by a regulating valve 8. A flow rate into the pit is adjusted by an overflow weir 10. Spring guided into the spring processing layer is utilized as gray water. A cleaning facility for removing precipitation deposits is provided in the spring processing layer.
