The water supply system utilizing underground effective constant temperature property as an enthalpy with underground water as a medium, utilizes the enthalpy through underground water as it is, and/or through a heat storage type underground water tank B installed to allow circulation of heat energy with an underground water area, and via an absorption type cold and hot water generator C utilizing heat storage energy, and utilizes underground water eventually as service water.
