PURPOSE: To carry out more proper hall call allotment control in accordance with a planned operation schedule by computing predicted arrival time, predicted waiting time and a predicted cage inside congestion degree by a plural number of computing methods and using them by selecting them in accordance with a state and a control target at the time of hall call allotment.

CONSTITUTION: A predicted arrival time table for a plural number of application is found by respectively different methods in accordance with a data of an input information table T01 and it is recorded in corresponding predicted arrival time tables T021-T02n. Selection TP2 of the predicted arrival time table for operation schedule planning is carried out from the predicted arrival time tables T021-T02n, and selection of an elevator directly traveling to a specified zone, formation of an operation schedule such as selection of an elevator to skip service and operated elevator selection P03 are carried out in correspondence with the data of the input information table T01. Additionally, selection P05 is carried out by a data of selection P04 of the predicted arrival time table, the input information table T01 and a call allotment rule base DB01.
